Hello,

I was wondering if you could recommend me the est computer board for UAV use, for less than $80. If it could be ordered from Canada that would be awesome.

Thanks!!!

I just ordered one of these LPC2138 boards to play around with for onboard monitoring, data logging and control. I don't know if I'll try any full fledged autonomous capability or not, but it looks like a good one to experiment with. They include everything you need to get going, including a GCC compiler toolset.

I've been using the Philips ARM7 processors in my day job and have been happy with their capabilities.

I ordered it with the additional prototype board and with shipping and all it came to 78 euros (about $92).

Hey there,

Thanks for the input. Apparently a lpc213x would do it since it has already be done with a LPC210x: http://gs3636.sp.cs.cmu.edu/uav/docs/.

I am in Canada, so I do not know if I am going to order from embedded artist. The boards look good thou..

Thanks for your input!!

Hello,

Yes $49 here http://www.sparkfun.com/shop/index.php?shop=1&cart=516606&cat=73& for the LPC-H2106 is pretty cheap.

I am wondering about the lpc2106. Is this an aging microcontroller?

Thanks!
