That looks neat !!!! . From looking at the unit, I can tell that it has 3 Axis gyro stabilazation built in :p. Being from China, im willing to bet that the price of this unit will be very, very reasonable :p For to many years now, a few companies have been overcharging us by a huge amount for very simple autopilot devices. I wish I could read chineese, and get the specs for this unit, but im sure it will translate it and we will know all about this very quickly, to all our benefit....

That bigger box is a main_controller.
It contains :
3 axis gyro with low excursion,
2 axis acceleration
MCU is AVR Mega8 , provide 8 channels servo driver(can be extend to 16)
2 channels PPM input,and can use PCM_combination input

Now I'm designing the program.I want to use fuzzy_controller and multi_sensors crasis arithmetic,The way is far.

That smaller box is a box and needle,it contains 3 axis magnetic field sensors.
main_controller provides incline data,it returns heading data.

Next step,I will add barometer_altimeter and airspeed ,use ARM7 processor....

I have a friend that is chinese hong kong that might be able to a quick rough tranlation

mayby throw the form up on the forum here in chinese and the google tranlators or similar and we might get lucky and get a chinese modeler to translate the iffy bits

When you say you will do arms which type and what lingo does that arms use
Also are you going to supply the code as open source so others might be able to contibute

how much did the unit cost you ball park

I have a three metre glider scale discus that will eventualy be pressed into sevice for UAV with big fuel tank and glow 46 I have when I know eneogh about the subject as it will be big eneogh to carry all the equipment

THis is very interesting. I need somomehting that can drive 8 servos and have found very few up to this point.
The reason is my design is complex see Quadra-Plane (rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=436841&page=1#post4792631)
