Nitro fuel help

[Peter Crouch The Big Red Bus]

Tamyia 1/10 Glow plug and pull start is what I have. Its all I know about
it. What fuel do I need? I seem to be able to find nitro fuel and glow plug
fuel. Are they the same? Also I have noticed there are a big range of
percentages of the fuels. Again I'm not sure. Does it matter?

Nitro fuel, 16-20% should be about right :-)

P.s. - Or take it into a local hobby shop that sells the Nitro fuel and see
what they recommend.

Also get some new glow plugs, you don't know the state of the existing one
and you might as well change it before trying to start the engine for the
first time.

I was running 15% nitro and 18% oil (I did request 15% oil but anyway.)
had a hell of a time trying to tune it for top performance for club
racing. Anyway in the end out of desperation I remixed the fuel to be
around 11% oil (still 15% nitro) and its much happier. Runs a lot
better, cooler and reliable so watch the oil content also, IMO .12 size
engines don't like too much.
