Best sim for creating models

Which sim (RF3, XTR, AFPD) is best for creating new models of any type, canards for example?

AFPD - uses freeware to design planes (same as FMS). The other two need specialized software, esp. in the case of RFG3

G3 seems to be comming with a model editor shortly and this will increase the construction facilities when they sorted out the licence issues. Check the KE support forum for details.
Reflex is having a picture based model construction tool included.
