I'll guess I'll be the first one to post an item for sale thread, so...
I've got an 11.1 volt 3cell Poly Quest 2600 MAH LiPo Hi-Discharge capable battery pack for sale. I think I paid about $58 for it plus shipping, but would be willing to let it go for much less. It has never been used. Here's a URL that will give you more specifics about it:

I'm interested. How do we bid or whatever?
Do you perfer private messages, emails, phone calls, R/C planes with notes attached flown thru your window?? Just kidding on the last one.
Perhaps you need to set a closing date/time.
Just some thoughts so we can get our general modus operandi set up. Of course on any individual sale, anything goes as long as the terms are set clearly up-front. I.E. Best offer over $x by 6 PM 11/28/2005.

I don't know what happened, but the rules for buying & selling have silently disappeared from all for-sale forums. I guess it's a free for all now. I preferred the guidelines they had before. :(

I was only trying to offer it to a local guy before I was going to post it on the larger For Sale forum.
I do understand the whole not wanting to be another eBay issue, but I think it is only right to help out a local bud with a good deal first.
BTW, the battery now has a happy home.

Since I know some guys fly gas, I figured I would post some stuff.
Anyone in our local area looking for gas stuff (engines, planes, large servos, mufflers, and tuned-pipes)? Most of the engines are new in the box still packed with the factory oil: engines ranging from .074 to .36. I have a new in the box Kyosho .15 size F-86 Saber with ducted fan and motor; only assembled the wing.
Also selling a complete ready-to-run electric car (which includes a Futaba radio, speed controller, Tekin charger, and batteries). In addition, I also have two brand new gas motors.
Thanks, Ken

Any of you guys interested in some electric cars? I have 2 new ones on different channels. Only drove one for a few minutes. Pretty hot indoor racers. Lots of power, as you can't apply full power in a tight turn, or you spin out. Each set comes with everything you need except batteries. Any one want the pair to race with?
I found one review in RC Car Action (http://www.rccaraction.com/rc/articles/dynamite.asp)

Hi,
Yea I threw a lot of stuff out there...Everything has a price, right?
The cub is a gas burning Zenoah with a 32 oz dubro tank installed! I took it to the field a few weekends ago and flew it 4 times on 1 tank! Pretty cool!
I got the plane from an inexperienced friend who test flew it and crashed it 1st takeoff! It scuffed the wingtip and broke off the engine firewall...I did a good job fixing the nose and taped the wingtip and gave it a proper maiden flight and its great!!! It really is a cool plane to fly! I took it out 3 days to fly so far, and love it, but I am more focused on other things right now.

Ok, I dug out the gremlins. The pink one had a 25 size engine on it and flew great! Foam core wing with ply spar, wood leading edge and trailing edge. Downspout fuselage and mechanical servo mixer. Would work well on the slope! No servos included, $20
The grey one has servos installed in the wings and needs a transmitter mix for elevon. I can't find the fuse for it, but will sell wing and tails with the 2 servos installed for $20.

I scratched built this airplane a few years ago. The fuselage cracked and broke after just 2 flights. I built a new fuse with 2 pieces of balsa and epoxied fiberglass between for more strength and light weight! The servos were moved to the tail and rebuilding was started. RTF weight is around 4 lbs with a OS 46 BB engine! Front end not yet finished and left full length to use engine distance for balance as needed. Servos are JR high torque and are $50 extra for both. Wing is fat and performs well for fun-flying! A 10oz fuel tank can fit inside the wing.
One of the best hovering profile planes! And built very well!
Just $40

Well Frankie finally goes up on the 4sale block. I need to make room for the next plane.
This is a great aileron trainer!
Frankie can fly slow (but not as slow as a SS) or rather fast (but not as fast as a Slinger, which is what I want to step up to next). It is composed from a SS fuse, so everything is easy to get at and adjust. The wing is a 46" Smoothe Wing from Mountain Models, and lots of posts on RCGroups will tell you how great this wing flys.
http://www.mountainmodels.com/smoothe.php
I'd like to get $40 for Frankie. The new owner will need a 5 channel Rx, an 11volt battery, and an ESC. If you want the CC Pixie20p that's currently on her, I'll sell that for another $25 with Frankie (not by itself). If you try to buy a Pixie20p you'll find it is currently on back order from CC - that's how good these ESCs are.
Anyways, here's your chance to get a great "next plane" cheap. If she doesn't sell here, I'll post her on the general RCGroups forum next.
item is now sold

How about a Goldberg Chipmunk 400..
I'm asking SOLD
The wheel pants on this bird are a weak spot and are toast. I do have 2 that I am going to put back on it.. Both balsa and fiberglassed..
Also, the cowl is thin and was cracked but also repaired with fiberglass..
Has a fully steerable tailwheel instead of the stock tail skid..
Still have the 80" Cub... I'm open to offers on it..

Anyone interested in a Mini Ultra Stick NIB and perhaps a Eflite Speed 370 for said MUS?
Certainly not a typical real Small Electric at 38 inch wingspan.
Looks like FUN! How much?

Jim,
I have been flying one with an Eflite 480-910kv; it is fun for take&goes and basic aerobatics.

Just thought I'd pop in here again and say that I've still got that JR radio and the Hitec Focus for sale. See post #68 in this thread for the link. I've dropped the price for the last time. If they don't sell, I'll just keep them. I'll give preference (and a lower price) to local guys if there is any interest.
