Beware of Ricky Burns aka albino53 trading on Ebay. I received a heli, one
of the servos of which was not functioning correctly. He said he'd send a
new one ....twice. The fact that none were received says, reasonably, that
he never sent them. The data cable, as described, was not sent with the
heli. I did not return the heli as I did not trust the guy for a refund. My
suspicion was verified when I heard from another Ebayer who has been stung
by the same guy. He paid a £15 testing (?!) fee and postage £20 plus
£150......the guys lost the best (worst) part of £200.
Lessons....
1. ALWAYS carefully read ALL of the small print in the terms & conditions.
2. NEVER return goods without proof of postage Paypal have a policy whereby
they refund up to £500.....PROVIDED....you have proof of postage.

I bought two eskys from him, no problem with the first one but the second
had a faulty battery but I emailed him twice and got no reply, he also
wouldn't give any feed back until I offered to buy the second esky but at
the time the price was right :-/

Oh yes, I nearly forgot, I gave him immediate payment as my part of the
contract, And *he* gave *me* negative fedback!!
Ebay Lesson #3. Don't give feedback until you're quite sure the product
works.
