In Lift-Roll, "twist" (washout) is defined as the "angle of attack relative to the root."

Is twist w/respect to the root of the wing or to the root of each panel?

Consider a quad-taper wing: If the panels, say finished foam cores, each had 1 degree of twist, should the twist value of panels #1, 2, 3, and 4 (root to tip) be specified as 1, 2, 3, and 4 degrees respectively, or should twist be specified as 1 degree for each panel?

Oops, my oversight - It says right on the LiftRoll webpage (http://www.geocities.com/jebbushell/COOKBOOK.htm) that "Twist is the change in AOA of a panel from one end to the other."
