what is the packet format for maxstream.

I think MaxStream modules use a serial protocol. You can feed them RS232, 422, 485 or any TTL signal and it will appear at the output of the other module.

If you want to know the actual baseband packet transmitted on the RF (the packet that contains your data as well as their data link information), I suspect that information is proprietary to MaxStream. You'd have to ask them.
