Saw an RC Orion (low wing) fly-tracked pretty well considering the wind.
Also saw a Phil Kraft Bar Fli and a Mambo.Flew my VK Cherokee Babe-finally
landed it without breaking a prop. My Ghost Rider was way underpowered
with a geared speed 400-plan to put a Mega 16-15-8 in it. I think it was
originally flown with a Enya 09.

Sounds like Bepe was there. How many pilots were there? How was the weather?

Yes, Beppe flew his Orion and other models. Colin McKinely attended from Canada. Bob Noll and Terry Terrenoire drove in from upstate New York. We had a walk on AMA prez Dave Brown. Some of the guys talked Dave into flying Beppe's Bar-Fly. Dave has not lost the touch. We had 15 or 16 who flew. The weather was around 50 degrees both days with overcast. I left Muncie 2:30 pm on Sunday and it looked like rain any time. A number of Debolt designs along with two Astro Hogs, Beachcomber, Kwik-Fli and other designs. The weather was better than predicted.

Thanks Jack, Sorry I missed it but I made the call based on the weather forecast. 50 degrees and no sun is not my cup of tea. Maybe next year. I'll post your report on the VRCS YAHOO group for others to read.

Dan, We had 6 no shows for Muncie. I just checked the weather at Muncie for the VR/CS event. The high Saturday was 55 degrees and Sunday 49 degrees. I wore long underwear both days and was glad I did. Jack
