I built this little helicopter this morning during hurricane Wilma here in Florida. I downloaded the plans from somewhere on this webpage http://www.his.com/~tschmitt/005HOMEPAGE/MAXECUTER.HTML
I also posted them on my Yahoo! Groups Florida Freeflight page here http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FloridaIndoorFreeflight/ The plans are in the files section. It only took a few minutes to build and cruises to the ceiling in my 8' house really quick with a few winds by hand. I could probably do much better on the build if there was not a hurricane roaring outside.
