Gold Mt is the Mecca of all sailplane fliers in Korea. We appreciate pictures posted by Tobeaman.

Next time, we hope to see some flying planes.

Tobeaman,

All of us here will appreciate the great pictures of Gold Mt.
I see there is another father and son team. red-z06 here will like it if he sees it.

We, members in Daegu, went to Mt. Hwang-gum and met together people of other area.
I flied my Opus-V there. It`s my third trial with Opus-V for slope and DS, still I am a novice on moutain, but she didn`t disappointed my hopes. It flew very well without any bad habbit itself.

But there`s a midair collision with Banana Carbon that Hyunman Bae(one of Guri Team) was flying it today at the same time on there. My full carbon Opus-V has not serious damage, but Mr.Bae`s Banana has serious damage that its wing, left side, has cracked. I`m very sorry for that.

I knew Direct RC`s owner when purchasing 6 Opus-V here Daegu 2months ago. He is very kind, I knew, he told me many of information about purchasing many Opus at a time.

Anyway, I think you should buy Opus. It`ll not disappoint your hopes.

Runsthroughit,

Sorry about the mid-air. I hope damage to your Opus was not serious.

If you bought 6 Opus, you should have ordered them directly from the maker in Czecho. That way you could cut margin and shipping cost.

I moved your Mt Hwang Gum story from Member Introduction forum to this thread under the title of "Gold Mt in Korea" which is more appropriate place for your story.
