You are right about the Marui being highly quality brand.
Unless the gun is upgraded with metal slide and better internal parts, it is NOT worth $300. A used TM Glock is worth between 100 and $150. Don't believe me? go to www.uncompany.com

By the way, my other hobby is playing airsoft and collecting them. That said, I know the value of most airsoft guns

Looks like the metal slide to me. This airsoft gun with tmetal slide and upgraded internals sells for $480 CD here. Stock they go for $300 CD. Too bad I don't live in the states I guess.

Also that site is in Hong Kong. After duty and taxes on a $200 gun from Hong Kong, for example, you're looking at $280 for sure. And that's if customs doesn't keep it. I lost the first 2 guns I ordered from the states. Reputable companies too and orange tips. Customs kept them.

TM Marui Glock does not come with a metal slide. I am positive that the slide is made of ABS plastic. Metal slide can be purchased separately for around $100. Therefore, the price is still not worth $300. My local airsoft shop has the exact same gun brand new for $130 tax included.
I have ordered many times from Hongkong and they never charged me tax nor custom fees.
Your country, Canada, has a very strict custom no wonder you lost 2 guns.

You did not even provide additional information such as upgrades done if any.. how old etc... I am not trying to "highjack" your thread just trying to make people aware that your stuff is not worth that much.

I have yet to pay for custom fees for stuff that I import from Hong kong.. The airsoft stores overseas help you avoid paying for any custom fees by marking the package "Gift" and declaring only 50% of the value. In addition, they do guarantee delivery or they will refund your money..
