I will be out at 175th Sunday with my Surprise and Mantis. Would like to fly both. The East side of the field has been mowed and looks great.
I went out to day but didn't find anyone at 175th or Baldwin (has been called Edgerton but it is closer to Baldwin). I was out at Baldwin/Edgerton Friday night to maiden an F5D airplane. I was going to fly my Surprise but one battery died my second shed its plugs at the field, sigh. I think my setup in the Surprise is hard on batteries.
While at the Baldwin/Edgerton field one of the caretakers came out and asked us if we would use the East side of the field in the future because the west side has been reseeded. This is the side we were using last year; enter from the gravel road, not though the farmhouse driveway.
