I'm trying to post this question here and there, to see if anybody is familiar with this frame grabber... If that is the case I have a couple of question regarding Image Acquisition and Processing...

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

The CMUCam2+ is a more integrated version of the CMUcam2. It has all the same features (it runs the same firmware) but is more cost effective to manufacture and mechanically easier to install.

The CMUCam2+ is more than just a frame grabber. It does a handful of basic image processing functions at frame rate or 1/2 frame rate. For pure frame grabbing, it may be a bit slow.

I assume you've visited:

and

I gave up though... I don't think is what I was looking for... I switched to a BoosterCam...

I figured out how to use the CMUCam2+, but like you said... It's too slow for pure frame grabbing...

Thanks for your reply :)
