Their is some very interesting UAV related video at the following link:

The first video listed is the winning video from this years infotech competition. Apparently BYU has a pretty advanced UAV program involving multiple UAVs airborne at the same time.
I enjoyed the bloopers in the middle of the clip and the simultanious arrival of three UAVs over a point.
They are using Zagi's with the Kestrel Autopilot.

This is the same autopilot used in a few airforce and army programs.
Anyways, I thought it was pretty cool.
