I have a Tamiya TB01 based rally car and a nice large loose off road
area to run it on. I now want to move up to a nitro car to run on the
same area. I want another rally car (not a truck or buggy or
anything). What sort of nitro chassis would be similar to the TB01 and
run on the surface/area I have?

Tamiya makes a few 1/10 scale rally cars with .15 sized nitro motors in em'.
I'm guessing they'd be very close to the TB01. Here's a link to one of em':
