Well, they finally arrived in OZ and as far as I have seen they are the NQD
branded version. I got mine yesterday and its nearly finished ;). The crappy
radio needs to go, along with the motor and steering servo (if you can call
it that). standard radio gear fits in nicely with a few tweaks and some
creative mounting. The performance is so much better!.
Still gotta seal up the driveshaft (or decide on something better) and
sleeve the rudder shaft and she's ready to surf! - Out of the box you'd be
lucky to keep it going for more than a few runs.Should be plenty of parts on
Ebay soon from all those leaky lisa's - well, the bits that survive
submersion anyway.
