kinda depends on; how fast, and how much you are willing to spend. in the
ready to float catagory the are a number of boats in the 15-20 mph range
that range in price from $80 usd to 200. from what I've seen while scratch
building, youi're not really saving money just spreading out the payments
:). tower hobbies has a number of boats listed that you might find of
interest( free to look and some even have reviews listed) hth
