hopper tank ??

Hi
my son is just completing his 80 jet cat powered hot shot and wants to make sure he gets the hopper tank filler corect.
There is a fixed tube which goes to the back bottom of the hopper tank and to the jet engine...the ? is the inlet tube from the main tank does it have to go in the roof (top) of the hopper tank or can it do the useual in the front of the fuel tank (a la normal fuel tank set up)

Hi

The feed from the main tanks clunk wants to goto the hopper tank inlet which enters the tank at the top. The engine feed wants to be located in the direct center of the tank, i.e a straigh brass pipe. The filler wants to go to the bottom of the tank, as to allow for complete emptying of the system. Note make shaw that all connections are good as to prevent air entering the system, as any part of the fuel system proir the pump is under vaccum conditions, so an air leak into the hopper tank would meen a very short flight:) .
