I personally like Reflex, but I haven't tried the other ones. From everything I have read about AFPD and G3, Reflex is the best for helis.

Here is a pretty good right up about Reflex I found in a mag.

i played with them all side by side on high performance machines..i picked G3..i fly 3D aircraft, and felt it was better, and that was with stock planes...after i get them tweaked, it should be perfect..also, i am learning to fly heli's, and it seemed to my limited heli eye, that it had an edge (realizm) over aerofly pro deluxe by a huge margin, and for just ease of use over reflex...but just MHO...

i have g3, from what i have been told, none of the big 3 will do all that i want. however, if i had the choice, i'd go reflex at this time. i've heard good things about aerofly, as long as you're not doing it for helicopters. and i've heard a lot of good about reflex for both heli's and planes. g3 on the other hand has been useless to me, i was told it would do things it doesnt, and had planes on their website, which it doesnt(very few at this time). g3 has disappointed me so much that i have stopped buying great planes products. in just the last few month i've bought $500 at least from other companies that might have gone to great planes. 2 for sure were the triton(went with an ice and glad i did) and a prop balancer(went with a topflight magnetic). my guess, if you have plenty of money to buy all 3, you might like g3, but if you just want one, get reflex or aerofly. in the long run, eather will be lots cheaper. oh, and g3 has pretty steep computer req's. even the recommended system isnt going to run it that well. a lot of people wish they could still get g2 just for that reason.

XTR cos it's the one I've got (which is the same reason I imagine the majority of people will vote - the only serious way to compare is to ask people who have at least two or better yet all three and see which one THEY prefer!)

I briefly looked at all 3 sims before I decided on XTR because the screen shots don't just look real they are photos of actual flying fields. The models also tend to look more realistic because of the defuse reflections and realistic contrast.
If good graphics is what you want then XTR is the one to go for but I have heard comparisons that say AFPD planes fly slightly better.
Andy.
