Stations for meanline and thickness are 0,1.25,2.5,5.0,7.5,10,15,20,25...with the rest up to 90% at 10% increments.

If you want to go beyond 12%, extrapolate- possibly. To plot, use a piece of graph paper and plot the meanline coordinates to whatever scale and then add thickness to get top, subtract to get bottom.

To generate 4413 is as simple as Xfoil. I used it to verify whether extrapolating 10 and 12% thickness distributions to 13% is correct. The manual technique produces the same coordinates as Xfoil. So, if you dont have Xfoil or Profili, then to see a "picture" of a NACA 4413 is as simple as the manual technique I offered.
