I am introducing a POWERFUL outrunner, the Xmotor 400B. This smooth running outrunner has a Kv rating of 950 and a max efficiency of 79%. The 12 poles help create MASSIVE TORQUE on a 3.27 mm shaft and weighing only 55 grams. The shaft can be replaced by removing a simple lock nut!
I flight tested this motor to determine actual thrust on different propellers. On 2 cells a GWS 1260 will yield 20 oz, and 3 cells yields 26 oz of thrust! This motor will handle planes from 10-20 oz! This motor is similar to a Hacker A20-20L that retails for $70!
