That is an RNR RPV-3. It runs an 86cc, fugi motor. Pleny of power.

I converted one to fly off of snow.We succesfully completed a flight from 8600 feet agl from an unimproved snow field. The RnR plane is very clean and cruises much faster than one would think.

Very good workhorse platform. They have carried payloads up to 40 lbs. The aircraft weights about 32-35 lbs before fuel.
