No format set, but anything electric will work, and most likely there will be a winch somewhere in the background. Whatever you bring, it's got to be fun to fly or watch. The wilder the better. Most likely will be Gardner, the one we flew F5B on.

Thanks Rex. We will make reservations soon. Just planning on driving down Sat morning and then staying over for one night rather than the 2 night thing. So, don't have the pilots meeting until 10:00am on Saturday :-) Will you guys want to fly again that Sunday morning after until about 2 or so.......like we did this past weekend? Winch T/D or whatever?????

Is this an open invitation type thing? Some of us KCFC guy's might like to attend this event. We do have a couple planes here and there that can fly outdoors!

Of course it's an open event. All are welcome.
Maybe you can bring out some CD-Rom motors and fit my mini-F18 with one.
75% Jetsett F-18. It has an old red bell that I bought from Dan Leonard on it now, too little prop, too fast rpm.

Hi Guys,
I have been totally remiss in doing anything about the Electric Fun Fly since I mentioned it last year. But it has developed just the way I imagined it, an open fun fly with as wide a range of electrics as possible. I will try to get Shawn out with his 90 sized Funtana with its washing machine motor, Joe with his 140 mph screamers and I should have my F5B Surprise 11 ready to fly again with a Neu motor 1509/1D/6.7 , 18 * 22 prop and 10 GP 3700 & 10 Intellect 3800 packs (the new super cell). I have been told this set up is faster than the old 27 cell ships with 27 RC 2400s. At over 2000 watts I am a little scared of it. This should be fun.

Unfortunately, I have been "grounded" by work until 11/1 for all out of town weekend activities. I need to support my Tech Services guys until after the Data Center moves are complete this fall. You guys have fun and keep 'em flying! Rob.

Thanks, Bernie. I'll see if I can make it later in the day. Any idea how late in the day it will go?

Looks like we may be in for a bit of a blow. Bring your heavy iron, or is this just an excuse to use bigger batteries. Maybe we could park all of the Mini-vans together, stand on the roofs and slope off of the hoods. This could get interesting.
