Steam engine sound

I am about to finish 1:30 scale R/C Anteo Tug boat
looking for realistic steam engine sound (proportional) and steam whistle (12Volts)
any suggestions?

Very good qualities, such as speeding up as you throttle up the train/boat
Bells, whistles. They sell blanks, so you can customize your sounds.
Not cheap though.
