Model was built around 1980 to complete the LSF 5 requirements of duration task as well as the 8hr slope task.

Flies like a pussycat. Stripped the wing and recovered it with oracover.

That is a sweet looking HUGE plane Dr. E!

Bless your thermal sniffing dog! Think my Rotweiler can learn to do that?

I owned a Pegasus a long time ago. Unbelievable thermal ability! And it can really cruise too. On my very first cross country attempt it flew 26 miles, and I only had to land because my batteries were not large enough to keep going. I wasn't expecting to go that far or long on the first try. Unfortunately one of the steel wing joiners cut right through the aluminum joiner box on launch, and it met it's demise. Enjoy, it's a great soaring bird.
