Is this event still on for this weekend? Have not heard anything via e-mail or this discussion group as to details....I know there is a general posting about the event on the main club web page, but a little more info would be appreciated.....Thx, Rob :D

As far as I know it is still on. You might get ahold of Rex. He may have more info.

Jim,

Larry and I are for sure planning on being down for F5B or whatever on Saturday and some T/D, electric or winch flying Sunday.....you are still up for that right? Rob.

Bernie is the CD so he will be making the call. Apparently there are a fair amount of people out of town so I think attendance will be limited. Last I talked to him, he was hoping to start up by 9:00 and be done early.

Well, Larry and I are packed up and leaving Friday (tomorrow) afternoon around 3pm. We will be staying until Sunday afternoon if anyone wants to fly....Jim F. has already commited to some winch flying, so it will at least be three of us :D

OK, hate me now, love me later.

Working sod farms in times of drought are very tender. I just called the landowner of the Edgerton field and he was rather dicey about us trafficking on his grass. I must therefore ask that we hold the event at the Gardner field.

Any questions or problems, call me. 913 488 0277

Gardner field is 2 miles east of I-35 on 175th st. Same street as Edgerton field, just 2 miles the other side of I-35.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
