my rustler is going get a 13 turn motor put in it and im gonna use the
duratrax streak esc and a 6 cell epic pack geared 12 to 87 approx how
fast should it go

Your guess is as good as mine. Is the 13turn a $15 Team Orion or a $70
Reedy? Really what matters is not the turns but the RPMs under load.
I have seen people buy a "mod motor" for less then $20 and are stunned
when a motor with more turns is faster on the track. What did they
expect for $20? The mod motors I have came with a print-out of RPM
from the dyno they were tuned on. If you have that save it for the
formula below. If not you might check the website of the manufacturer
of your motor to see if they have an estimate of RPM under load.

Ruster final drive ratio is 2.72

Measure the outside of your tires for Tire Diameter.

Id say around 24-26mph. Goto Traxxas' web site, they have message
boards for that truck. There you will find others with that setup who
can tell you.

Tip-ditch the cheapo batteries. Quality GP cell batteries make all the
difference.
