Homebuilt Hughes 300

Here's my newly built Hughes 300 or Schweizer as it is known today. It's made of 1 piece vacuum-formed PETG which makes it real sturdy. I did'nt like the unrealistic stock body that came with my walkera so I toiled night and day to come up with this. I made few extra bodies for anyone out there interested. Im sure it will fit most mini electric helis.

Hi,
It would be great if you could post some instructions on how you made the canopy. I am sure there are others out there like me who want to give it a try.

Where did you buy the PETG materials?

Oh and it looks very beautiful too.

PETG is what is used in soda bottles is it not?

if so then you would just have to make a plug and hot air the petg over the plug to shape it
