Reflex Transmitter Question

Has anyone bought the Reflex sim with the Reflex Transmitter? I am looking to get started with Helicopters but don't own a Heli radio yet. What's the difference between futaba airplane radios and heli radios.

Reflex sells no transmitter, you have to provide your own. Futaba TX6a will work fine with XTR, even for helis.

As Hank stated, Reflex does not come with a transmitter, it has a dedicated USB interface that connects to the buddy box connector of most TX's via the appropriate lead (generally 6 pin 270 degree DIN plug for Futaba). All the "mixing" for heli's is done by the software so you set the radio up as a bog stanadard aero. Although as Kurt pointed out in another thead, you can disable all these settings in the software and use the computer mixing on the TX if you want to.
