Extreme F5J in KC-7/9-10

The Postal F5J Contest is on for this week end, you can fly either day(but not both). These rules are a little more relaxed than our club contest, any plane with any battery system will qualify, and you can restart your motor as many times as you want in the 10 minute window. Of course, the motor run time is subtracted from the 10 minute window. We can use the graduated landing lines that were used in our own contest for landing points.

For now Saturday looks like the best weather, the morning will be the most comfortable. I am leaning towards Edgerton because we need to go high, but I can be flexible.

Ill fly. I do want to set up a winch so if Cecil comes out he can get some flight time on his Tragi. Gardner was nice tonight. Edgerton might be a little dusty if the wind is out of the South.

Which field will you be at? I will be instructing at SMRCC field early, (7:00 am), then I can come fly with you.

I think Jim is right, let's fly at Gardner. I will try to be there around 9:00 Sat. morning.
