Gyro in 3D?

I currently use a gyro in my Diablotin, where I am practicing 3D stunts. It currently is on 1 aileron to keep my from spinning unbidden. I was afraid rudder gyro would fight aileron action, but maybe elevator gyro would help most to hold attitude during 3D?

p.s. this is an electric Diablotin Super with a monster Hacker B50/18/10 prop... Sounds like a 4 stroke...
