Does anyone have a schematic to do an add on to an old Futaba radio?

All you're doing is using a DPDT slider to switch the two leads from the pot for that channel.

simply take the two wires from the outer connectors on the pot, and run them thru a dpdt switch as shown..

Andy W's suggestion will work but; depending on the transmitter, neautral may shift so you would have to recenter the pot withing the transmitter to get back to a 1.5 millisecond neautral. On some transmitters this is easy, on some almost impossible.

This is from the schematic for a Hitec Laser 4 (https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/forms/blobs/retrieve.cgi?attachment_id=150146&native_or_pdf=native). It's basically the same as what Andy W drew. VR1 is one of the stick potentiometers and SW3 is a servo reversing switch.
