Afriend gave me an old glider it had a 09 enya motor and there where some parts missing so I am in the prosses of converting it to electric The plane has a 59 in wingsoan and it is 6 1/2 in from leading edge to the trailling edge Can someone please tell me where to start with the cg I know its 25 to 30 % of the wing from the leadding edge but I cand remember how to do The calculations And I also broke the horazontal sableizer ansd I am haveing to many proplems trying ti rebuild it so I took some fan fold foam and made a new one and I used waterbased urathane and 3/4 oz gass is this gonna be strong enough and should I make the vertical stap out of foam aslo. 30% of the wing chord at the root is 1.95 inches back from the leading edge.
Any place aft of 1-3/4" up to 2" should be OK.
