If you would like to try a light weight electric boat. For 05 motor,I have them. Mono, Hydro. $25.00 each plus shipping These are kits made of 4-6 lb. balsa and lite ply. Lite, fast, stable, I know this is not a boat site but just thought I would ask. This run of kits was cut for a customer that has not paid. In one more week they will be sold. I will post pictures at that time. If you want one let me know.

Bills original post on April 19th said that in one week he will post pictures. April 26th is one week. I am as curious as anyone, but I am afraid we will all have to wait a little longer. Nice going Bill, you have everyone here salivating. Tom

Don't get to excited guys. I am the guy who did not pay Mini-Craft for this work.
The reason is the kits are CRAP and the supplier (Mini-Craft) would not or could not correct the production problem. Most of the kits received from this 'out-fit' were so bad they were trashed. The correct price for this stuff is the value of the box they were shipped in.
I have several other kits from these guys in my garage that I will sell for the cost of postage. I had planned to keep they boxes ONLY and trash the parts. We are shipping our percision laser cut, race proven boats (in these boxes), next month. Oh! That is our new kits are cut by a pro.
Preacher Bill - In the event you tell a story you should tell all of it. Its not good to mis-lead someone. I spoke to Donald today and sent him a check for the balance of my Hydro kits. Upon receipt, we plan to give them away to a local childrens charity or anyone else who will pay the postage. A lesson well learned! Have a good day or should I say, "BUYER BEWARE".
ps. Caution. My designs are copyrighted and we protect.

I have a "Bingo"!
I´m using a K-speed 19 on 14*2000 mah cells and the largest prop posibly fitted...
makes about 30 knots for about 1,5 min then it is totaly dead, hehe
but it is darn fun to race with when the water is mirror blank :)

I have pics of these in the fast boat forum too.
The white one is a Warehouse Hobbies EForce with an Astro Cobalt 05, runs for 1.5 minutes on 8 1700 cells.
The second is a DPI Leisure Sports Crackerbox. Running a Kyosho Endoplasma on 7 cells. Not quite as fast but more fun as the thing is only in the water half the time. A real handful when it's as overpowered as it is.
Also have a stock MRP Bud Light tunnel and Miss Budwieser.
Oh, and a Victor 1 meter Stars & Stripes sail boat.
BC
ps. they're not for sale. Geez I've got better response from the for sale forum than the boats forum. :D

I've tried to contacted them through their online web-form, but they have not replied. Any idea if boat specialty shops can still provide parts for the Miss Budweiser hydro?

Hi Scott, sorry but I don't know any sources for MRP parts right now. Hopefully ACE will get back to you.
I wonder if you could use one of those cheap Glad disposable tupperware like containers? I was never very impressed with the radio box in either of the MRP boats anyway. Hard to seal and keep water out.
Good luck,

I'm sorry but comments posted on a forum by someone you have not met in person should be taken with a grain of salt! Shove your nose up someone elses toosh rc.hackmaster. I would say that regardless of whos toosh you parked it in.

Mr. Hackmaster, when u said quote" seya Donnie " means u r a close personal friend of the Wollard's, am i right? I thought all contributors to a site were here for answers to there questions! I know that freedom of speech are in the laws but degrading someone on an open forum in front of the world is poor manners and therefore those words of poor manners are on toilet paper and should be flushed. U know u sound like u want to start a rebellion. U know there is enough CRAP in the world and if u don't like it fine, but have the manners just to say u don't care for it and it's not for me. I wonder who died and left u in charge, that is what it sounds like , i never heard of u before and never heard of me either. I don't think u will make the Diplomatic Corps. Remember freedom of speech is for ALL. Now u will have a come back which shows what kind of person u really are. The site here is to promote FE in every way, whether it be 16 yrs. old or 75 yrs. old, so lets promote not demote!!! Have a good day!!!

Closing the thread before it gets any more out of hand as the last few posts have been off topic and inflamatory.
Let's try and discuss boats and not each other ok?
