Berg 6 RX locked out fixing???

I have a Berg. I've seen in the past that it has lock out problem when being subjected to vibration. I resoldered everything inside the RX. it helped for a few flights. I also changed xtal. but after all this, it's still locked out often and it always results in diving to the ground at full speed :eek:. I did some range checks, it was around 60 feet where I start seeing locking problem. So I think something is out of tuned that causes this problem now. But Im not sure what I think is right.

So what's the best way to check or fix this and test it so that I can be sure that it would not have locking when my helicopter is in the air? I've read about using audio to hear the PPM signal but I'm not so sure :)

I observed that when there are strong vibration, the berg got locked out. I had a brand new Xtal on it. So I think there are somthing else still loose. Which could be it? I resoldered everything, it happens much LESS, but it still happens at very strong vibration.
Is the ceramic filter easy to get damage during crash? I've gotten probably hundred crashes with that RX :)
