This is copied and pasted directly from the knifeedge software site. Knifesoftware is the company that developed the Real flight simulators for Great Plains.

For those of you concerned about support for your graphics card with RealFlight G3, the following cards have been tested by Knife Edge Software:

NVidia
GeForce2MX
GeForce4MX - works with .329 patch
GeForce3
GeForce4TI
GeForceFX 5200
GeForceFX 5700
GeForceFX 5800
GeForceFX 5900
GeForceFX 6800

ATI
Radeon 8500
Radeon 9000
Radeon 9200
Radeon 9600
Radeon 9700
Radeon 9800

Intel
Intel Extreme (845G)

Other variants of the Intel Extreme may or may not work. We haven't tested some versions of this card and don't plan to work on additional support for it. We recommend Nvidia or ATI products.

By the way this information is old, all these cards are for AGP slots not PCI Express which is what all the new computers have. I'd like to see what PCI-E cards they recommend. I'm running a GeForce 5500 OC and I still have to lower the graphics down to get rid of the stop motion. This software is very demanding. Remember you need a minimum 300 watt power supply for most of the upper-end cards and many recommend 400 watts which only pure gaming computers come with.
