Just received a 100" Super-V without documentation and was wondering if someone could give me the skinny on this plane. Recommended CG, control throws and anything else pertinent. I'm going to control it with a Vision BTW.

Thanks,

JESTER

Start your CG and towhook at 30% MAC (Mean Aerodynamic Chord) and move both back as your flying experience dictates. There are various MAC calculators out there on the web.

If you are not an experienced glider pilot, then start at 25% MAC.

I've still got the original docs that came with mine.

CG - 5 inches forward from the wing TE

Aileron throw - 0.5" up, 0.125" down

Can't recall the tail control throws, can check later tonight.

If you look on the fuse, there should be a small indentation near the wing rod that marks the CG.

Thanks all, it's nice to be in the ballpark when you start so there are no surprises.
