How would one modify a servo to rotate 180 degrees smoothly? BTW it must be a sub micro servo to fit the application. I know that someone here has done this please help.

Add 1.2K resistors, in series, with both outside terminals of the feedback pot. Check to ensure the servo does not stall at extreme travel (alter resistor value if needed).
