Some years ago I bought and built one of the ACE R/C RF kits and Receiver. These were for an Aristocraft Challenger 720 Radio System to convert it to a ground frequency (Channel 82) to be used in a scale model boat. The RF Module model no: FM 1-8 TX, The receiver model is a "Silver Seven".
What I need to know is whether there are compatible receivers on the market that would work with this combo? Would a -shift FM receiver work with the FR Module?
These were the radio of choice for many as Ground frequency radios were hard to come by. Anyone esle travel this route? I have to dump the radio as it still works great, I just would like to use it for other craft.
