WingSpan Models is proud to announce a 1/9th scale B-17F/G plans and wood kit. The plane features a two piece wing and detachable tail surfaces for easy transport. It also has the only full cavity bomb bay that is capable of holding up to 24 scale 100 pound bombs or 12 scale 500 pound bombs. The plans detail how to make working gun turrets for rotation and elevation. All the major parts have build tabs that speed the building process and make alignment issues a thing of the past. A complete fiber glass package will be available and will include a complete upper deck, both F and G tail sections, 4 engine cowls and all the gun placements.
