Hey Folks,

I am working on a wee uav, just for fun at the moment, to be honest I was glad that this forum introduced this, its nice to speak to other people with the same interests.

I was basically wondering if you folks build your uavs for fun, for a sport, for a purpose [eg filming a footy match] or for the purpose of selling them on. I don't know the first three options I guess would be more popular, but I would love to see what you all plan to use your aircraft for?

For me, I would have to admit, I really started with my project due to the the fact, I just love aircraft and programming and to be honest wanted to max them up ::grins:: plus I wanted some thing with a bombbay, with the hope that it could be a very cool to see it pulling some turns in an airshow.

What do you all hope to use yours for?

::nods::

It brings together two hobbies of mine, so it should be interesting, I have started drawing up my cad design for my aircraft so that I can get the aircraft laser cut. At the minute its a swing wing aircraft with onboard PDA ::grins:: At the minute I am useing the X-45a as the template for my aircraft.

What about you?
