Art Hobby Sierra Question

I was thinking about geting an art hobby sierra and converting it to electric has anyone done this before?? It looks like it be simple to do but how would you secure the removable nose cone for flight.. tape? small screw on each side? Also what be a good motor choice for a project like this?

why not get one of their planes that is already designed for electric? Solara2.5M would be a good choice in the same size airplane as the Sierra
