Just aquired New inbox OS 50F SR-H This not a young motor. Can someone shed some light are they still useable? It turns over easy by hand the oil in it looks aok,as in for storage.It seem's to have dykes ring being right on the top of piston.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If its a new motor it should run fine unless there is rust in the cylinder or the carb is gummed up. If you mean its an older version motor, then you may want to run a fuel with lower nitro content like 15% because older motors may have been made for low nitro since I think the higher nitro is a more recient trend, but I could be wrong. Just be prepaired to add an extra head gasket if you plan to run 30%. Does this answer your questions?

Yes thank you. It is a few years old, but never used no rust any on any parts
