Still hope you'll try again. Could it be you pic is too large for uploading? You'll see a small warning in the upload menu after it didn't upload because of being too large. Resize is and you'll be ok. This makes me very curious about your big Lady. Ive done a simulation of a 4 mter lady in FMS with thicker foils. It should float like it was black magic bit I think it would only be usable on almost windless days.

Are you hitting the "Upload" button after browsing to the pic file?

if you can resize your pic to 640x480 all should be fine and keep it under 100kb , we definetly want to see a bigger gentle lady it is one of my favourite old school gliders...
