xPlane..so far a big disappointment..

I got the connector for my 7CAP TX and there's just the one RC aircraft on the disk and it doesn't work. I'm using OSX and can't figure out how to get this damn thing going!

Sell it or try to make it work?

You won't find anything better for Mac. Try downloading freeware Slope Soaring Simulator, but it's just slope soaring (though it feels quite realistic).

What exactly doesn't work?
Contact X-Plane support or search forums for X-Plane. I recall reading a lot about happy experiences. Some people even created a bunch of extra R/C planes, which you can download for free.
