Hello All
Does anyone have any info on piggybacking an RF section onto a transmitter for a dual frequency system. I have a SM services RX buddy for the dual RX failsafe.

Hi, Wetafly
I' ve already seen something serious ( ! ) like that, made by a small electronics company in France.
Can directly replace the HF part of the transmitter ...
just a moment, I dig out the paper ...

Hi Alain
Thanks very much for the link, I will seriously consider this for the future.
I have gone with the SM systems dual Reciever system and am piggybacking a second transmitter module onto the transmitter. One is on 40 mghz and the other on 72 so I have a very wide frequency split.
Here is the project and it is nearing flight, so far tests are promising and I have quite a few hours of ground running.
The heli weighs 45kg and is powered by a ZDZ 120.

Wow ...
that's the biggest heli I ever heard of ...
I remember one thing about twin bands HF Heads ( 40 and 72 ) ... you have to use two separate Tx antennas ...
I saw that on a very old paper ( 30 Yrs ??? ) from one of our " Model genii " col. Francis Plessier ...
