The DSP4-SC (Built in 10 amp brushed speed controller) is Negative Shift (Futaba Style Radios only), the DSP-4 with no speed controller is Universal Shift.

The crystals are $8.00 - $0.80 + shipping. The shipping will kill any discount you get with an $8.00 purchase, so I wouldn't recommend just buying a crystal. Unless you think saving $0.80 on shipping is ok. :) Everything that I carry from Plantraco is 10% off, so why stop at just a crystal. :D
