FMS help with joystick (Smart Propo)

Gah, I got smart propo working (not that easy) and can see my Tx sticks moving in the smart propo window. I can see them moving in the window joystick config utility. But when I run FMS it cant see the joystick, it says joystick: Smart Propo but the sticks dont move at all.

Any ideas? I tried installing the older beta version but it didnt run correctly under XP.

Have a look under Control Panel/Gaming Options. If there are more than one joystick installed, it might be that the SmartPropo joystick was the last to be installed.

As FMS can not select between different joysticks, it will only see the first 8 channels of all the installed joysticks. One way to change this without deleting all other installed joysticks, is to change the Controller IDs of the different joystick so that the SmartPropo joystick Controller ID is 1. This can be done under Control Panel/Gaming Options.
