Fiberglasss and/or CF?????

Hi guys,
Can you give me any good source where I can buy FG and or CF in the USA????
I can get epoxic resin here in Costa Rica, but the FG they sell is kinda industrial weight.
And also if you can give me some idea of thickness/weight I should order.
Basically to have some available to fix Aquilas fuselages and general light weight reinforcements.
